2.    If there are any technical issues with logging in, the client must notify us via e-mail within 24 hours.

3.    Online programs are non-refundable.

1.    If participation is canceled 4 to 2 weeks before the start: 50% of the participation costs apply as cancellation costs.

2.    If participation is canceled 2 weeks or less before the start, the participant is required to pay 100% of the participation costs.
